d. This error indicates that the CDR output devic e is in an off-line state, (for
example, due to pap er jam or paper out for a printer device). The CDR link
is tor n d o w n. Check the CDR output device a nd act prom ptly to pu t it back
to on-line state. Enter test cdr primary|secondary command to set up the
CDR link.
e. Software detects an overflow of CDR records generated in the switc h due
to the heavy trunk traffic and low speed CDR output device. If both
primary and second ary links are ON, the secondary l ink is torn down
temporarily for two minutes to speed up the output process to the p rimary
link. No action is necessary for this error typ e.

inspecting errors in the system. B y clearing error codes associated with the
Link Retry Test
, for example, you may also clear errors g enerated from other tests in
the testing sequence.
Link Tear Down Test (#213)
This test is destructive.
This test disconnects the existing link between the system and the external CDR
output device. If the link has been disconnecte d already, this test just returns
PASS. All resources allocated for a CDR link are released after this test.
