Analog Ring Generator Initialization Test (#117)
The TN768, or TN780 will report an error to the system software if the ringing
voltage falls to low (only if system software has mad e a request to the TN768, or
TN780 to monitor the voltage). The Analog Ring Generator Initialization Test
sends a request to the TN768, or TN780. If there are redundant tone/cloc k circuit
packs in the port netwo rk, then the request is sent only to the active tone/c lock.
