wrap around to 0x01. AIM and VIS are BAS comma nds which can b e sent as
input (I) to MCU from an endpoint or as outp ut (O) from MCU to an endpoint.
AIM Audio Indicate Muted . Value of y on input (I) indicates that th is
endpoint has muted its aud io. MCU will not VAS to an endpoint
displaying mute ind icate. Value of n on input indic ates that this
endpoint has not muted (only if endpoint audio mod e is turned on).
Value o f y on output (O) indic ates that all other endpoin ts in the
conference have muted their aud io (have sent AIM to MCU). MCU in
turn tells this endpoint (by sending it AIM) that there is no aud io
output from MCU. A value of n on output ind icates that there is an
audio path open ac ross the bridge.
VIS Video Indicate Suppressed. Value of y on input (I) indicates that this
endpoint has supp ressed its video (ind icated video is muted ). Value
of y on output (O) indicates that the MCU is not s ending video to this
endpoint bec ause there is no video broad caster (broadc aster has not
joined or broadc aster’s video is not valid ).
MIS Multipoint Indicate Second ary-status. This command is only sent as
output (O) to an endpoint. A value of n indicates that the end point is
viewed as capab le of being a valid source (although not nec essarily
at this moment). A value of n is the correct state to be in for video. A
value of y indicates that MIS was sent to an end point and that this
endpoint is viewed as a sec ondary endp oint. The endpoint is
included in the aud io portion of the conferenc e but not the video
portion. Video will not be sent.
MCV Multipoint Command Visualize. This command is only sent as input (I)
from an endpoint. A value of y ind icates that an endp oint has
requested to bec ome a broadcaster. This is used during Still Frame
Graphics and to forc e “presentation” mode.
TALK A value of y indicates that the VC board is detecting v oice energy
from the endpoint. The TALK counter indic ates the number of times a
start/stop was detected .
VRCV Value o f y indicates if the endpoint is receivin g video (MMCH is
sending video to the end point). The VRCV counter indicates the
number of times video was sent/not s ent to this endpoint.
BCTK Applies to single sc reen and quad- screen presentation mode
conferences. A value of y indic ates that the endpoint is the video
broadcast sourc e. The BCTK counter indicates the numb er of times
this endpoint was the video b roadcast sourc e.
RTTK Applies only to sing le screen conferences . A value of y indicates that
the endpoint is the return vide o source. The RTTK counter indicates
the number of times this endp oint was the return video source.
BCLS Applies to single sc reen and quad- screen presentation mode
conferences. A value of y indic ates that the endpoint is wat ching the
video of the broadc ast source.
