The maintenance strategy for this endp oint MO is built on maintenance fac ilities
offered in the Lucent ISDN-BRI protocol and in the ASAI adjunc ts. Currently there
are no facilities in the protocol that provide for maintenance of set d ata features.
The TN800 is a PC-based platform that allows interaction of multiple applic ations
with DEFINITY at any time. DEF INITY Release 5 software (Native mode) supports
emulation of three types of port MOs on this board. The type of ports to b e
emulated is defined b y the applications runnin g on the TN800.
NOTE:
If the TN800 is emulating BRI, the software/firmware supports a m aximum
of 12 ports, but only 8 of the 12 p orts can be adm inistered at any one time.
