Signaling Link State (#1251)
This test is non-destructive.
This test checks the current state of the sig naling link. The test looks at the
board-level translations, c hecks that the board is p hysically inserted, g ets the
state of the D-Channel and service state o f the port.
The test passes if the signaling li nk (D-Channel) is connected an d operating
normally. The test fails if the board is not installed, the sig naling link is
disconnected , or if the port is out of service. The test abo rts otherwise.

1018 ABORT The test is disabled .
1. Enable the test by entering enable test #1251.
1114 ABORT The signaling link is in a transitional state.
1. Retry the command at 1-minute intervals a maximum of 5 times.
2. If the test continues to abort, escalate the problem.
