If the MMI circuit pac k that provides synchronization is c raft busied out, it will not
affect the PN synchronization. The signal is still p rovided by the b usied-out pack.
There is no affect on synchronization if the technic ian issues a release of the
busied-out MMI. Synchronization is not affec ted by a warm start of the sy stem
(reset system 1). For all other restarts (reboot through cold 2), MMI
synchronization recovers duri ng board insertion.
