status pms-link [print]
The status pms-link command d isplays the status of the prope rty management
system interface link. If the link is up , whether or not a data base swap i s taking
place between the switc h and PMS, will be shown. If the link is down, the number
of times the switch has tried to set up the link will be shown.
A property management s ystem (PMS) is a stand alone computer system whic h
can be integrated with the switch to enhance the servic e capability for a
hotel/motel.
Output
The following display shows a typ ical result when status pms-link is entered.

The status pnc command displays a summary of c onditions on the active and
standby Port Network Connectivities. I f the PNC is not duplicated, the sc reen
displays blanks in the PNC-B and other duplication-related fields.
Physical
Link State Up, down, or extension not adm inistered will be disp layed. The PMS
link is considered ad ministered only if an extension is g iven in the
system hospitality form.
