Error Log Entries and Test to Clear Values
Notes:
a. This is an in-line error and can only be resolved over time. This indicates
that no terminal equipment was p resent when ringing was attemp ted.
Execute the short test port UUCSSpp command.
b. The circuit pac k has been logically administered but not p hysically
installed. The alarm will be cleared when the circuit pac k is installed.
c. The circuit pack has been removed or has been in sane for more than
11-minutes. To clear the error, reseat or replace the circuit p ack.
d. This is an in-line error and can only b e resolved over time. This error
indicates that ringing voltage is absent. If only one an alog circuit pac k in
the system has this problem, then repl ace the circuit pac k. If only analog
circuit packs o n a particular carrier have this error, then the ringing
generator may not be connec ted to this carrier. If analog circuit packs on
many carriers have this error, chec k the ringing generato r.
e. AUDIX is not available to the switch. Check the AUDIX system, referring to
DEFINITY AUDIX System Maintenance
, 585-300-110.
f. The TD M bus is out of servic e. See the “TDM-BUS” section.
