Parameters
long Specifies display of the timestamps for the core dump . If SPEs are
dup lica ted , time stamp s are prin ted for b oth SPEs ( or a me ssag e stat ing w hy

The conditions which are enab led to initiate a core d ump to tape or disk, as
represented by a hexad ecimal value. The hexadecima l value represents a
combination of four system reset levels: wa rm restart (reset level 1), cold 2
restart (2), cold 1 restart (3), and reboot (4). The table b elow shows which
reset levels will initiate a core dump for each value of the vector.

This in dic ates from w hic h SPE the core dump is t o be taken as sp eci fied with
the set vector command. This is always spe-active for simplex sy stems.

spe-smm. If the vector has b een cleared or not set, blan ks are displayed.

Blank: No core dump has b een stored.
Cannot access: The system cannot cu rrently access the core d ump file. (For
example, a standby SPE may not be refreshed).
Non-d upl ica ted SPE: This SPE d oes no t exi st (as in a s impl ex sys tem) .
Device busy: the MSS device on whic h the core dump is sto red is busy with
another operation.
