TDM Bus Clock Parameter Update Test (#151)
This test updates the following internal p arameters on the Tone-Clock circuit
pack:
■Disable in-line duplic ation status messages.
■Disable in-line subrate frame maintenanc e messages (TN768, TN780
only).
■Set the PPM threshold at 60 PPM for TN768 and TN780. Set the PPM
threshold at 85 PPM for TN2182.
■Enable PPM threshold switching
■Set the number of slips to trigger loss of signal - currently 30 per 5
millisecond perio d
■Enable the on-board synchronization s witching algorithm (see ab ove)
■Enable holdover operation (TN2182 only).
This is not a test and will always pass without id entifying or reporting any
Tone-Clock circuit pac k errors
