Internal Register Test Replace processor.
Loop Data Test Replace processor. Repl ace memory 1. Reseat
all circuit pac ks in the processor c arrier except
SYSAM. The car rier m ay b e def ect ive. Fo llow
normal escalation proced ures.
Duart Test Replace the processor b oard. Failure of this test
will not prevent the system from running, b ut the
processor is probably faulty.
Rom Checksum Test Replac e the processor.
Control Status Test Replace the processo r.
Dcache Test Replace the processor. Failure of this test may
not prevent the system from running , but
degradation of servic e is probab le.
Icache test Replace the processor. Failure of this test may
not prevent the system from running , but
degradation of servic e is probab le.
Write Buffer Test Replace the processo r. Replace the memory 1.
Bus Test Replace processor. Replace memory 1. Reseat
all circuit pac ks in the processor c arrier except
SYSAM. The car rier m ay b e def ect ive. Fo llow
normal escalation proced ures.
Parity Test Rep lac e the proc ess or. Rep lac e the SYSAM.
Timer Test Replace the processor.
Bus Config Test Replace processor.
Mem Config Test Check memory boards for correct TN numb er
and positioning on the c arrier. Reseat memory
boards.
Memory Functional Test Replace memory boards o ne at a time until test
passes.
Memory Board Stuck Bit
Test Replace memory board.
Memory Board EDC Test Replace memory board.
