Groups/Splits/
Skills The number of ACD hunt groups.
Logged-In ACD
Agents A

real-time

field displaying the number of agents actu ally logged
in. For example, if an agent is logg ed into 4 skills (and there are
no other agents), then the Logged-In ACD Agents field is 1
and the Group Members Per System field is 4.
Group Members
Per System The number of agent/group p airs.
CMS Measured
ACD Members The number of agent pairs bei ng measured by CMS.
Queue Slots
Per System The number of hunt group queue p ositions.
Queue Status
Buttons The number of hunt group queue s tatus buttons administered on
stations. There are four types of queue status buttons; attendant s
use the last two queue status buttons:
q-calls (Queue Calls)
q-time (Queue Time)
atd-qcalls (ATD - Queue Calls)
atd-qtime (ATD - Queue Time)
