Error Log Entries

Whenever a PNC interchange takes place, an error is l ogged aga inst PNC-DUP

with a code that conveys in formation about the cause of the interc hange and

which PNC became active. There are no alarms assoc iated with PNC-DUP

errors, but there should be an alar m against the PNC component that d rove the

interchange. There are no PNC-DUP test sequences, but status pnc will provid e

information regarding the status o f the PNCs. The information given in the

following tables will help to identify areas of the Alarm Log to be investigated to

find the source the prob lem. .
